Payment Process
After registration, you will receive a secure online payment link. Payment can be made by the Board Chair or the Executive Director on behalf of the organization.
Payment is due before the survey collection phase begins. Cause Strategy Partners accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment portal.
When Should Your Board Start?
The EDPA process typically takes 8–10 weeks from registration to delivery of the final report. We recommend planning backward from when the Board Chair wants to have the performance conversation with the Executive Director.
June 30 Fiscal Year End
Start the EDPA process in March or April to have results ready before the summer board meeting. This allows time for the full 8–10 week process while accounting for spring schedules.
December 31 Fiscal Year End
Start the EDPA process in September or October to complete the assessment before the holiday season. This avoids the November–December period when board members and staff may be less available.
The key is to allow 8–10 weeks and account for any periods when board members or staff may be less available, such as holidays or summer vacations.
